Building Collaborative Resilience: Insights From PT Semen Indonesia International's 2023 Employee Gathering

PT Semen Indonesia International organized an employee gathering from the 10th to the 12th of November 2023 in Bandung. This event serves as a means to internalize the core values of 'AKHLAK' within PT Semen Indonesia International.

The employee gathering activities included outbound sessions featuring various games and entertainment events during social evenings. Some of these activities took the form of logic games, puzzles, challenges, and cooperation training, all designed to have a positive and beneficial impact on the employees of PT Semen Indonesia International.

The theme chosen for the 2023 Employee Gathering was 'Building Collaborative Resilience.' This theme was selected in response to the rapid changes sweeping the business world, compelling PT Semen Indonesia International to be more agile in adapting to change while upholding integrity in every aspect of its business activities.
