SII Demonstrates Commitment To Supporting The Development Of Fresh Graduate Talent Through Participation In The National Internship Program

PT Semen Indonesia International (SII) has demonstrated its commitment to supporting the development of fresh graduate talent by participating as a corporate partner in the National Internship Program organized by the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemnaker RI).

The National Internship Program is a government initiative aimed at bridging fresh graduates with the professional world through structured internship activities. This program offers new graduates the opportunity to gain real work experience, understand corporate culture, and sharpen skills that align with industry needs.

Out of a total of 86 applicants, five participants successfully passed the interview selection to join the internship program at SII. They are:

• Azmi Hanifah as a General Affairs Intern,
• Mariana Ryzkia as a Corporate Communication Intern,
• Listiarini Nur Azizah as an Operational Trading Admin Intern,
• Muhammad Firman Ghani and Nidya Salsabila as Finance Interns.

SII’s participation in the Maganghub program will run for six months, starting from October 20, 2025, to April 19, 2026. The interns will gain direct learning experiences from seasoned professionals in a collaborative and dynamic work environment.

The Acting President Director of PT Semen Indonesia International, R. Trisandi Hendrawan, stated that SII’s involvement in this program reflects the company's support for enhancing the competence of Indonesia’s young talent.

“Through this internship program, I hope all of you can make the most of this opportunity by learning earnestly so that you will be well-prepared for the real working world,” said Trisandi.

By participating in the Maganghub Program, PT Semen Indonesia International not only contributes to improving the quality of the workforce but also plays an active role in preparing the younger generation to face the world of work.
