Completing Surveillance Audit, SII Maintains ISO 9001:2015 Certification

PT Semen Indonesia International (SII) successfully completed the ISO 9001:2015 Surveillance Audit 1, conducted on May 27, 2025, at the SII office in The East Building, Jakarta. The audit was carried out by an independent certification body to ensure that SII’s Quality Management System (QMS) continues to operate in accordance with applicable international standards.

The audit covered evaluations of procedural implementation, compliance with quality standards, and the company’s commitment to maintaining an effective management system. It also included a review of work processes across various departments as part of SII’s continuous improvement efforts in quality and service.

In general, the audit concluded that SII remains eligible and qualified to maintain its ISO 9001:2015 certification. However, several minor findings and observations were noted by the audit team from Equal Assurance. In response, Isma Junida, representing management, expressed gratitude to all teams and departments involved in the audit process. She also emphasized that improvements will be promptly made based on the findings. “The findings shared by the auditors will help us become more orderly and meticulous, particularly in addressing the points noted during the audit,” said Isma.

By completing this surveillance audit, SII demonstrates its readiness to face future business challenges and reinforces its position as a company that prioritizes quality and good governance.
