SII Distributes Aid To Five Orphanages In Four Regions

part of its social and environmental responsibility, PT Semen Indonesia
International (SII) has distributed aid to five orphanages located in Padang
City, Blitar, Makassar, and Southwest Aceh. The donation, totaling IDR 50
million, was handed over directly by SII employee representatives at each
orphanage on Tuesday (March 25, 2025).
The
five orphanages receiving aid from SII are: Ponpes Yatim Piatu Dhuafa Mambaul
Hisan Combong (Blitar), Panti Asuhan Ashabil Rayyan and Panti Asuhan Mukarramah
Pauh Kambar (Padang City), Panti Asuhan Dayah Babul Muarrif Ghayatul Muna Al
Waliyah (Southwest Aceh), and Panti Asuhan Al Musyahwir (Makassar City).
SII’s
Director of Finance & Risk Management, Trisandi Hendrawan, stated that this
initiative is part of the company’s annual corporate social responsibility
(CSR) program. “We hope this assistance can help ease the burdens of our
brothers and sisters in the orphanages and bring joy during this blessed month.
This reflects our care for the surrounding community,” said Trisandi.
The
orphanage administrators and the children welcomed the initiative warmly and
expressed their gratitude for SII’s care. Through this social activity, SII
hopes to continue fostering a spirit of togetherness and strengthen ties with
the local community, while also inspiring more people to share kindness.
