Baking Class Boosts Creativity And Team Spirit Among SII Employees

employees, the AXSARA (Religion, Creativity, Culture, and Arts) Community of PT
Semen Indonesia International (SII) held a cake-making class attended by SII’s
female employees. This event took place on Friday, September 27, 2024, at Cokro
Kitchen, Menteng, Central Jakarta.
The cake-making class featured
professional instructor Chef Yusi, who taught the participants basic techniques
in baking, from ingredient preparation, mixing dough, to beautifully decorating
cakes. Additionally, employees got the chance to practice hands-on.
According to AXSARA
representative Indah Putri, the event was held as part of the company’s efforts
to strengthen relationships among employees and create a more comfortable work
environment. "Through activities like this, we hope to provide new experiences
for the female employees while also honing their creativity outside of their
daily work routines," said Putri.
One participant, Gaby,
expressed her delight in taking part in the class. "This has been a fun
experience. Besides learning something new, we also had the opportunity to
collaborate with colleagues from other units. It felt like a refreshing break amidst
our busy work schedules," she said. The event concluded with a group
photo session and the distribution of the cakes made by the participants.
Activities like this are expected to continue to maintain the spirit and
togetherness among SII employees.
