Strengthening The Spirit Of Togetherness And Collaboration Between SII And SIG Through Joint Mini Soccer Training

In an effort to strengthen the spirit of unity and collaboration between SII and SIG, PT Semen Indonesia International (SII), together with the Marketing & Business Directorate of SIG, organized a joint mini soccer training session on Thursday, September 26, 2024. The event was held with great enthusiasm at The Field Pejaten Mini Soccer, South Jakarta, where participants from both entities actively took part.

The joint training aimed not only to maintain physical fitness but also to build stronger synergy and teamwork between the teams. "This is one of our ways to strengthen relationships between business units within the corporate group. Additionally, sports like this provide an opportunity to refresh the mind, stay healthy, and of course, enhance informal communication among employees," said Dimas, coordinator of the SII Sehat community at PT Semen Indonesia International.

Furthermore, Trisandi, SII's Director of Finance & Risk Management, who also participated in the match, added, "This activity is not about winning or losing. It is a positive way to create harmonious and productive relationships between SII and SIG. Through sports, we can build better connections, which ultimately improves cooperation across various business aspects."
