"Kartini", SII Holds Beauty Class To Enhance Professionalism And Confidence

The female employees of PT Semen Indonesia International (SII), one of the subsidiaries of SIG, have their own way of commemorating Kartini Day this year. They organized a Beauty Class activity attended by all female employees, collaborating with one of the well-known cosmetic products. The theme of the event, 'Dream High & Glow Up Together', took place at the SII office, The East, 18th floor, Jakarta, on Wednesday (24/4/2024). This theme was chosen so that the 'Kartini' of SII would have high aspirations in their careers at the company, without neglecting their appearance.

The Beauty Class was conducted by a team from Wardah Cosmetics who presented materials on facial and body care, introduction to cosmetic products, and tips on appearing professional in the workplace. "The event was interesting and very beneficial. We were not only taught about the correct way to apply makeup, but also about personal grooming, making us more confident in our appearance at the office," said Isma Junida, one of the participants.

Overall, the Beauty Class activity at SII was successful and met with enthusiasm. This was evident from the numerous questions posed by participants to the speakers, regarding both cosmetic products and their usage. This activity is expected to provide long-term benefits for female employees, especially in maintaining their appearance and professionalism in the workplace.
