Strengthening Global Expansion, SII Poised To Increase Clinker Export Sales To Taiwan By 100% In 2026

SI International Trading Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of PT Semen Indonesia International (SII), together with GS Global as the trader and Advanced-Tek Systems Co Ltd as the end buyer, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for a strategic clinker sales cooperation on Friday, 9 January 2026. The signing took place at the GS Global Office, Room 703, Zhongxiao East Road, Section 4, Taipei 106, Taiwan.

The signing of this MoU represents a further stage in the collaboration between SII and SIG in supplying clinker to meet construction needs in Taiwan. In 2025, SI International Trading, through SIG plants, recorded clinker export sales of 333,500 MT, and in 2026 the potential cooperation is expected to reach up to 650,000 MT.

“The signing of this cooperation is in line with the Company’s strategy to expand its international market reach and enhance the competitiveness of SIG products,” said R. Trisandi Hendrawan, Acting President Director of SII, accompanied by the Group Head of Corporate Sales, Derivatives & Export of SIG, Rizkie Agustiansyah.

Through this strategic cooperation, SII is optimistic that it will further strengthen SIG’s position and presence in the international market, while also expanding its global partnership network to support the Company’s business development.
