SII Celebrates 4 Years Of AKHLAK With Leader Talk And Video Contest

PT Semen Indonesia International (SII) held a leader talk event as the culmination of the 4th anniversary celebration of AKHLAK at the Signature Lounge, The East 18th Floor, Jakarta, on Monday (22/7/2024). This lively discussion featured SII President Director Ridwansyah and Finance Director Trisandi.

President Director Ridwansyah emphasized that the AKHLAK values, comprising of Amanah (Trustworthy), Kompeten (Competent), Harmonis (Harmonious), Loyal, Adaptif (Adaptive), and Kolaboratif (Collaborative), should serve as the foundation for thinking and behavior among current and future leaders in the company. With the spirit of AKHLAK, all problems or challenges can be resolved thoroughly. "Moreover, leaders and potential leaders must adapt to the current environment and conditions to seize opportunities for continuous development," he added.

Finance Director Trisandi echoed similar sentiments in his address. "SII employees consistently apply AKHLAK values in their daily lives. However, this should be continually enhanced to truly become part of our culture," Trisandi stated during the leader talk themed 'Leading with Strong Partnership.'

Meanwhile, AKHLAK Agent of Change SII Indah Putri explained that the AKHLAK anniversary celebrations were packaged in an event titled AKHLAK Funtastic Four, held from July 15 to 22, 2024. The activities included the AKHLAK Short Video Contest for SIG Insan (SII People) and several internal agendas such as AKHLAK Agent Mission, AKHLAK Level UP, AKHLAK Spelling Master, AKHLAK Sport, culminating in the leader talk event.

Internal activities were organized into 4 groups competing to earn the highest points across all events. By the end of the activities, Group IV, with 88 points, was declared the winner. They were followed by Group I with 78.5 points, Group III with 70.5 points, and Group II with 70 points. The organizers allocated a total prize of Rp7 million for the winners of the internal competitions.
