RAMADAN SHARING: PT Semen Indonesia International (SII) Distributes CSR Program To 11 Orphanages In Jabodetabek, Padang And Makassar

PT Semen Indonesia International (SII), through its Ramadan Sharing , distributed cash Donation amounting to Rp148 million to 11 orphanages in the Jabodetabek, Padang, and Makassar regions. The aid was distributed on March 27-28, 2024.

The orphanages in the Jabodetabek region that received assistance include Al-Kahfi Orphanage in North Jakarta, Muslimin Orphanage in Central Jakarta, Karena Kasih Orphanage in North Jakarta, Galuh Foundation Mental Rehabilitation Orphanage in Rawalumbu, Bekasi, and Al-Qur'an Al Hayya Orphanage and Thafiz Pondok in Depok.

In Padang, the assisted orphanages are Jasa Ibu Elderly Home, Alfath Tauhid Orphanage, and Bundo Saiyo Orphanage. Meanwhile, in Makassar, SII distributed aid to Al-Wahab Orphanage, Nur Qadri Orphanage, and Safamarwah Orphanage.

SII's President Director, Ridwansyah, expressed gratitude for being able to share happiness with the community, especially the residents of orphanages, during this blessed month of Ramadan. "May the assistance we provide bring benefits and happiness throughout the Ramadan fasting period. May CSR activities like Ramadan Sharing continue to prosper and be a blessing for the company," he said.

On the other hand, the orphanage administrators and residents appeared happy and grateful for the assistance provided by SII. This activity also reflects SII's commitment to making positive contributions to society, particularly in social empowerment and public welfare.
